Contact

For the homework assignment we had to realise a project inspired by the word contact. My interpretation of the word took me on a journey exploring symbiosis in nature. One symbiotic relationship in particular caught my eye: Corals and Algae. Millions of people worldwide rely on their mutualistic relationship but it is in danger. Why? Because the corals expel their algae when they are stressed which is increasingly happening because of climate change and the acidification of our oceans. In this project I tried to come up with a solution to protect this relationship.
